Source material
Every headline, summary, and article record shown here originates from a
publicly available RSS feed that the publisher itself voluntarily makes
available for syndication. Apollon does not scrape, bypass paywalls, or
access any non-public content. Every article links directly back to its
original publisher, and readers are encouraged to visit the source for the
full story.
Summaries
Article summaries are independently generated by an AI model from a short
excerpt of the original text — they are not verbatim reproductions or
extracts of the original articles.
Copyright basis (EU)
Directive (EU) 2019/790 (the "DSM Directive"), Article 15, grants press
publishers rights over reproduction of press publications by online
services, but explicitly excludes hyperlinking and the use of individual
words or "very short extracts" (Art. 15(1), 15(3)). Per the Court of Justice
of the EU (Svensson, C-466/12; GS Media, C-160/15),
hyperlinking to content a rightsholder has made freely and lawfully
available online does not itself constitute a "communication to the
public" requiring separate authorisation. Article 15(3) also preserves the
existing quotation and other exceptions under Directive 2001/29/EC.

can contact and the article in
question will be reviewed promptly.
Privacy & IP logging
Apollon uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure real-user page-load
performance (Real User Measurements). It is a cookie-free, privacy-first
service — it does not set cookies, does not use localStorage, and does
not fingerprint visitors via IP address, user agent, or any other means; it
only aggregates anonymised performance metrics and is not used to track or
profile individuals. It is configured to exclude visitor data from the EU.
Apollon does not use advertising trackers or build profiles of visitors.
The only other thing logged about a visit is the IP address used to reach
the service, used exclusively for automated bot protection (rate-limiting
and firewall rules).
